	Susan Elliott holds a Masters Degree in Education and taught at the High School and University level for over ten years. She was later hired by a multi-billion dollar company and spent eleven years directing events and training. Her responsibilities included the creation and execution of all incentive, recognition, and convention programs. She was also responsible for developing and implementing training seminars and materials; handling distributor relations issues and VIP/guest relations; managing celebrity entertainment and theme events; and developing promotional strategies for events and incentive programs. These responsibilities included North American as well as International markets. She later became Vice President of Distributor Relations for a large Phoenix-based company, assuming the same responsibilities as listed above, in addition to managing field communications programs and directing the publication of the company's newsletter and weekly satellite broadcasts.

	Kraig Kozminski has vast experience in both event production and technical management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and spent five years in the television industry as a producer and director followed by six years as the Senior Producer of Events with a multi-billion dollar company. Kraig was responsible for the technical production for company events, both domestic and international. During his tenure with this company, he supervised a large staff in all facets of technical direction and production management. His responsibilities included designing and managing all lighting, sound, staging and special effects; directing the overall event production; and video producing. A respected professional, Kraig has produced and directed corporate events, both live and multi-city satellite broadcasts, for domestic and international groups as large as 35,000.
